My Story

My journey to health and wellness didn’t start in a gym or a kitchen—it started in real life. Through surfing, Muay Thai, and earning my black belt in Kung Fu, I learned early on the importance of movement, discipline, and respecting the body. Over time, I realized that true health goes far beyond exercise or eating “right.” It’s about how we move, what we fuel our bodies with, and the daily habits that shape how we feel and live.

Health became my foundation—not just to perform better, but to experience life more fully. When your body is supported, you gain energy, clarity, and the freedom to enjoy life’s simple and meaningful moments.
